In French suspension surgery, there is no technique of cutting with surgical methods and removing excess skin from the face. PDO medical threads, which are a mixture of silicone and polyester, are placed into the facial skin through tiny incisions and the patient’s sagging facial skin is pulled upwards to fix these threads.
